Our work is guaranteed for 7 years.
We guarantee our work against structural cracks (cracks in excess of 5mm in width) so long as the structural crack has not been caused by heavy vehicles driving on the concrete, or tree roots, or excessive weather changes, which can cause the sub-base to move, or cracking caused by undermining, due to: ie plumbing, stormwater, sewer leaks/problems.
We also guarantee against excessive colour fade; however, A1 Concretors must be called back every 2 years to seal the concrete. Although we will charge for this service, the charge will be at a reasonable market rate. At least then you can be guaranteed your concrete will look great for many years to come…
